Location

Montferrat is a charming area, with its gently rolling hills, thermal springs already known by the Romans, medieval castles, historic and artistic towns and the good food tradition including the white truffle and the fine wines such as Asti Spumante, the famous wine famous drunk with dessert.
Villa Dioniso is located 15 km to Asti, near San Damiano (3 km), an ancient country house completely restored to run as accomodation and wine-producting farm.

Description of buildings

A beautiful hedge-lined driveway gives access to the villa.
The property, surrounded by 4,5 hectares of land, consists of the manor's villa plus the dependance, covering an overall area of 710 net sqm, excluding terraces and porticos.

The Villa
The manor's dwelling develops over two floors with a large private courtyard surrounding the park and the swimming-pool.
