Full Description

THE PROPERTY: The mill is inside a wide area of lawn (10,000 square metres) and wood (24,900 sq. metres), naturally enclosed by a stream and the hill. At present the house covers 240 sq. metres+125 sq. metres in the approved renovation project. This mill is the only in the area to have preserved the big wheel outside, although it needs to be restored. What is exceptional is the inner wooden wheel, still existing and in perfect condition. On the front wall of the mill there is a fresco dating back to the 19th century.
