Casa Verazzano is one of seven houses in the 12th centure hamlet of Verazzano. The oldest part of this Tuscan house was originally owned by the monks of the Camaldoli in the 11th century. It is set in the foothills near the lovely medieval town of Anghiari.

The house is semi detached, the adjoining part owned by an Italian. It would easily divide into 2 appartments. It has been sympathically restored retaining the original features. The full central heating ensures that winter occupation is very comfortable. There is normally an adequate supply of local water in the summer months but a tank has been installed as a safeguard. The house is reached by a part white road but there is tarmac alongside the house. Casa Verazzano has a good letting record with many repeat visits.
