Description of buildings

The property is composed of two large opposite farmhouses which comprise a swimming-pool.

The manor’s house

The manor’s house develops over two floors and includes a large dining-room with fireplace and cocktail cabinet on the ground floor which overlooks a huge 70 sqm portico equipped with outside kitchen and barbecue in addition to a kitchen, a dining-room, a tv room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry-room.

A characteristic wood staircase leads to the first floor through a long balcony overlooking the living-room and giving access to a large relax room at one extreme of the dwelling and to the opposite rooms of the first floor composed of a studio, a master bedroom with fireplace, a terrace and private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a bedroom for children with bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest farmhouse

In front of the manor’s house there is an additional farmhouse divided between the caretaker area and the guest area.

The right hand wing of the first floor hosts a large 120 sqm sitting-room overlooking the swimming-pool equipped with a central fireplace hung from the ceiling and completed by a 25 sqm terrace.
