Location Il Rustichello is a farmhouse located in the heart of a small village halfway between Spoleto (15 km) and Foligno (15 km), 4 km from the historical centre of Trevi. The property, set within the village, is easily accessible and not isolated, and close to public transportations and conveniently connected with the quickroad SS3, only 3 km away, leading to Spello (21 km), Assisi (32 km), Perugia (52 km), Spoleto and Foligno that are both 10 minutes drive. Description of buildings The farmhouse is on two floors and covers a total area of approx. 200 sqm, including two apartments with separate entrance and an independent one-room flat. GROUND FLOOR Apartment n.1 Overlooking the private courtyard, the apartment hosts a typical living area featured by an ancient bricked arch which divides it from the kitchen and dining area.
