This consists of 30 villas with incredible views looking over the bay of Soverato, situated in blocks of 6 with the two end plots able to cater for a swimming pool if needed.

You are approximately 4 minutes drive away from the beautiful beach. The town of Soverato is in the province of Catanzaro and is situated in the southern extremity of the Gulf of Squillace. Soverato is one of the most known and beautiful tourist resorts in the Ionian coast, so much that it was called ‘The gem of Ionian Sea’.

This town is characterized by three different areas: the first urban area takes place on the coast, the second one expands on the hill and the third one, which is the highest part of the town, represents Soverato Vecchia (Old Soverato). Soverato has a mild and pleasant climate in every day of the year, thanks to a combination of climatic and local unique factors: a very clean sea, a bright sun all year round and attractive beaches.

The fishing port of Soverato is also one of the most active in the Ionian Calabria. You can reach Soverato by plane, landing in the Lamezia Terme’s Airport, which is 60 km from the town (approx 35 minutes).
