A flight of stairs from the living room takes to the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath and shower, and both overlooking Todi and the mountains. There is also a corner balcony where each room has access. Above one of the rooms is a storage area which has a retractable ladder for easy access. The windows and doors are equipped with double glaze windows, screens and shutters(made of chestnut wood) and grates. The house sits on 6000 sq. meters of property where there are 120 olives trees, various fruit trees and 1000 sq. meters of woods. There is an in-ground gas tank with a 1350 litre capacity, a well with pump and a 5000 litre in-ground tank for watering the garden, and an automatic sprinkler system with 5 separate lines. The house itself uses town water. All construction materials are of the highest quality such as travertino, handmade clay tiles for flooring, chestnut beamed ceilings throughout, some inside wall areas are also stone and the roofs are covered with antique tiles.
