Each cottage is of stone and mirrors the typical Umbrian taste in its style. The whole estate is entirely fenced and has an electronic gate by which the caretaker's house lies. Main gate at the front, back gate by the paved area. It is possible to enter the garden by car and park it under the outdoor roof by the BBQ.

The living room boasts a nice fireplace and large arched windows facing the garden.
