The centre of Ciro Marina is around 3 miles away where you will find a wide range of facilities, including bars, restaurants and of course a marina! The development comprises of several apartment buildings sympathetically arranged on the hillside surrounded by pine trees and landscaped grounds. The immediate availability is within a new building currently under construction, and whose principle elevation faces eastward towards the sea and overlooks the pool.

There are just 39 apartment’s arranged over three floors and whilst the sea facing homes are of course the prime properties those apartments to the south and north should also catch sight of the coast whilst homes facing westwards will enjoy pleasant countryside views and of course the opportunity to enjoy a ’sundowner’ from the balcony as the sun sets below the hillside.

However it must also be remembered that, at the moment few homes are occupied all-year-round and that the availability of amenities reflect the seasonal demands, so if you want tranquility, an off-season break will be just the ticket but facilities will be limited to those outside the resort.
