Situated close to North Africa the climate is warm and pleasant all around the year. With only 5 km to the long beach from St Anna to Taormina you get a good day for a swim whenever you want.

One can stay at the site and be satisfied with the day, just watching the surroundings, or paint, read, write or talk to a friend. Even if it’s hot, there is a gentle, fresh breeze, and it’s easy to get to the beach if one has a scooter or a car, it’s just downhill. In the morning You can tip-toe down the street to a coffee shop or buy some fresh fruit. If You like to see the beautiful meadows uphill the vulcano with herbs and mushrooms and visit the National Park of Etna it is just around the corner. If You want to go shopping or visit exclusive restaurants, the beautiful village of Taormina has it ALL, dramatically situated at a rock above the sea and also above the old harbour village Giardini di Naxos with more of an easygoing tourist nightlife.
