A Holiday Home* Ski Resort & SPA in the Italian village of Limone Piemonte, around 90 minutes from Nice Airport and the Cote d'Azur. The Holiday Home* Ski Resort & SPA is a small skiing development of around 50 units, built with wood and stone in a traditional mountain style.


It features a wellness centre and spa (comprising Turkish bath, sauna, whirlpool and rain showers), a comprehensive letting system with concierge and a range of other shared facilities that are rarely available in this area.


The project is managed in accordance with Realitalia's vision of Italian homes for the Joy of Living (see Management).


Holiday Home* Ski Resort & SPA includes one-, two- and three-/four-bedroom units and chalets, starting from less than 190,000 (plus transaction costs, tax and parking space/garage).


As with all Realitalia projects, you have the option to take possession of your Italian holiday home fully fitted and furnished on the day of completion, ready for you to enjoy and/or let.
